Spring Clubs 2016

LIS PTO Early Bird & After School Clubs

LIS PTO SPRING 2016 EARLY BIRD AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

Online registration begins Thursday, April 14, and will end on Thursday, April 21.

The Spring session will begin on Tuesday, April 26, and run through Friday, June 10 (which includes 1 make-up week if needed.) Early Bird Soccer will start one week earlier on April 19.

Walk-in registration will be accepted the first week of the session (4/26 - 4/29) if there’s space available in the club. Remember to send the required completed Club Payment Receipt form and payment with your student. Available club spots will be listed on our PTO website (lispto.org).

All LIS PTO clubs have a fee.  Most cost $35 but some have additional fees included.  Consult the club description for the cost of the club.  This fee must be paid in full for your child to attend a club. All payments for clubs must be received no later than May 16th. If payment is not received by May 16th your child will be told they can no longer attend their club until their payment has been received.

Clubs will not meet on days when school is closed.

After School Clubs will not meet on early dismissal days.

Early Bird Clubs will not meet on delayed opening days and will be rescheduled.

Limited space is available in each club.  All clubs have a limit on the number of students that can join.  Clubs are filled on a first come, first serve basis.  Once a club is filled, registration for that club will be closed.

Cancellation of a registration - If your child decides not to participate in a club he or she has already been signed up for, please remove them from the club roster.  You can do so through Sign Up Genius or contact the club committee at lisclubs@gmail.com for assistance. If you aren’t going to use the seat, it is important to free it up so another student can join the club.

Cancellation of a club - We will cancel clubs if we don’t get the minimum participation required by the club leaders. For those who have paid for the clubs that get canceled, we will issue refund after 3 weeks.

Transportation - Early Bird Clubs begin at 7:30 am.  Parents must provide transportation to school for early bird clubs. Drop off is at the Main Doors.  Students will not be allowed to enter the building until 7:30 am for the Early Bird Clubs.

Dismissal - Pick up time for most After School Clubs is 4:45 pm at the Main Doors. After School Streamkeepers and Gardeners will dismiss at 5 pm. Track will dismiss at 5:15. Students must be picked up on time.  Do not sign your child up for a club unless someone will be able to pick them up at that time.  Two late pickups will result in your child’s dismissal from the club programs.  Students in the Extended Day After School Program will be dismissed to the ASP.  Please indicate on the registration form that your child is to be dismissed to the ASP.

You must register each child separately on Sign Up Genius and with the PTO.  Please note when there is a difference in last names which will make it easier for the committee to identify your child and get them signed up for the correct club.

Walk-in registration will only be accepted during the first week the club meets.  After that, the club will be closed to further registration.  Please ensure that your child has payment and the payment receipt when they arrive to the first meeting.

If you have any questions, please send an email to lisclubs@gmail.com
