Winter Clubs 2016

LIS PTO Early Bird & After School Clubs

Online REGISTRATION begins Thursday, January 14th, and will end on Thursday, January 21th.

The winter session will begin on Tuesday, January 26th, and run through Friday, March 18th (which includes 2 make-up weeks as needed.)

Walk-in registration will ONLY be accepted the first week of the session (1/26 - 1/29) if there’s space available in the club. After that, the club will be closed to further registration. Remember to send the required completed form (Club Payment Receipt Form) and payment with your student. Available club spots will be listed below.

All LIS PTO clubs have a fee.  Most cost $35 but some have additional fees included.  Consult the club description for the cost of the club.  This fee must be paid in full for your child to attend a club.

Clubs will not meet on days when school is closed. After School Clubs will not meet on early dismissal days. Early Bird Clubs will not meet on delayed opening days and will be rescheduled.

Limited space is available in each club.  All clubs have a limit on the number of students that can join.  Clubs are filled on a first come, first serve basis.  Once a club is filled, registrations for that club will be closed.

Cancellation of a registration - if your child decides not to participate in a club he or she has already been signed up for, PLEASE remove them from the club roster.  You can do so through Sign Up Genius or contact the club committee at for assistance. If you aren’t going to use the seat, it is important to free it up so another student can join the club.

Transportation - Early Bird Clubs begin at 7:30 am.  Parents must provide transportation to school for early bird clubs. Drop off is at the Main Doors.  Students will not be allowed to enter the building until 7:30 am for the Early Bird Clubs.

Dismissal - Pick up time for most After School Clubs is 4:45 pm. Risk pick up time is 5:45 pm. Students must be picked up on time.  Do not sign your child up for a club unless someone will be able to pick them up at that time.  Two late pickups will result in your child’s dismissal from the club programs.  Also PLEASE be consider of others and either park your car in one of the designated parking spots or drive to the END of the pick up/drop off circle so that other cars can pull in behind you. If you stop at the front door traffic backs up onto the Eggerts Crossing Road; causing a safety issue. Please pull to the end of the driveway!!!!

Students in the Extended Day After School Program will be dismissed to the ASP.  Please indicate on the registration for that your child is to be dismissed to the ASP.

You must register each child separately on Sign Up Genius and with the PTO.  Please note on the registration and check when there is a difference in last names; this will make it easier for the committee to identify your child and get them signed up for the correct club.
